Not sure if you've seen this, but a Finnish guy drilled and tapped a few holes in his FH body so that it could be bolted into a fixed-gear: FIXED FROM OLD FREEHUB - By Jussi Panula

If you do that and then weld/braze it elsewhere, that should hold pretty good.
