I've got two.

1. Giant Rapid 2, converted to a drop bar with 9-sp Tiagra triple. I just swapped out the handlebar and shifters. Everything else was stock Rapid. It's actually a pretty fun bike to ride. I've got MK2 fenders on them so they can be used in the rain. I prefer carrying a backpack so no rack on this one. I run 25mm slick tires on these. The weather's been kind enough for me to continue riding this one.

2. Bianchi Advantage converted to CX. I'm running Sora 8-speed with compact double. Currently it's set up with 35mm studded Marathons, wider fenders, and rack. I have panniers, but prefer to not use them unless I've got a ton of stuff to bring to/from work. I don't like riding this one as much, but there will come a time when I have no choice because of the road conditions.

I've got two other bikes, but neither of them are set up with fenders. They're more weekend bikes, but ironically with all the commuting I do I don't ride on the weekends anymore.
