Given the engraving and lack of SN/PSM, it's a later Rossin or Basso build. They're nice bikes but aren't as desirable as the ones built when Sante still owned the company.

The only one listed with that style tubing in the Pog Registry (5 up from the bottom) is dated 1990, which would make it a Basso build.
