Yup .. I need some. I just can't seem to get myself excercising again since being injured (shoulder) last year. I had to stop lifting so I started road riding (a good thing) for the 1st time in a long, long, long time... then it got cold and snowy. I know I'll be able to ride soon but I feel so out of shape now that I know I'll get whipped from the 1st 5 or 10 miler that I do

. I need/want to start lifting again or do something .. anything ... but just don't know how to get the motivation back. Maybe it's because I'm freakin' about 40 coming but that's not for a year. Wah wah wah wah - all this whining makes me want to puke
