Looks like a perfect city bike. I love the color, but the little bit of rust on it will deter theives. I agree- get it tuned- do as much as you can yourself. Maybe pay the $20 or so to get the wheels trued by a pro if they're out of sync. Otherwise ride the wheels off it!
