Mr. Francophile, you're awesome. Thank you so much. What I didn't find out the whole day today you did in a couple of minutes. Ahhh... the magic of forums.

Man, what a bummer for a day or so I really thought I had a vintage racing bike... At least it's a genuine! Well no big deal, as Falcon 3 says, I'll ride the wheels off it and build it my way I'll keep you posted.
