FYI only, the reason I'm saying this is a '91 is because of the Y### under the bottom bracket. This started in the mid-80s IIRC and normally follows the format of YABB where A = the second digit of the year (6 = 86, 1 = 91 in this case I think) and BB = the month of manufacture. Depending on what original hardware is still on the bike, you could possibly confirm that by looking up the date codes on assorted pieces of hardware..
'91 is about right, decal style is correct for '91 and the bar code is correct for '91.
