Your Peugeot is more than decent. It is built with HLE tubing which is a Peugeot brand of mangalloy steel that is inexternally brazed. As mentioned earlier, it was originally a town/touring model and will serve you well in either format. It will be a good bike to learn maintenance and upgrade skills on so it is actually a very good deal. I hope you enjoy the bike.
