Mileage Killer
Warmer months I generally ride 200-250 miles per week. In June I began to have intermittent swelling and excruiating pain in my left fore foot. The swelling was significant. My cycling shoe would not go on my foot. After months of agony I was diagnosed with gout. Im watching my proteins and have eliminated IPA from my diet ----- drats. All is good. Anyone elses riding hampered by gout? Lp
