Like others have said for $60 you got a decent bike. It isn't all original but it will probably ride and function just fine. Now...before you spend a bunch of money on it - make sure it fits. Secondly, make sure you'll be happy with your bike as it sits. If you are...great, get it ready to ride and take off. If you'll never be satisfied with the non-original status then the best you can do is clean it up a bit and sell it on. Someone else will surely enjoy it and you can start looking for that bike that lets you enjoy the ride and the idea that it is what someone 40 years ago would have walked out of the bike store with.
