I have found Cascade Designs to be very helpful. They replaced my unrepairable NeoAir pad for free even though it was well past the warranty period. They will do repairs sometimes for free sometimes for a charge and sometimes if it can't be repaired they will send out a new one. My suggestion is to call them and ask.
