It's usually not this bad here. Even though it feels like it rains every day here through most of the fall, winter and spring it
usually isn't
actually every day and it's usually only part of the day. While the roads stay wet here for 90% of the winter it's not at all uncommon for it to not be raining during my commute. Except this month.
