From what i've read, multiple reviews, it takes maybe 10 minutes. Left shifter move the derailleur left and right move it right.

I can't imagine it's any more difficult that switching from Shimano mechanical to DI2 to Sram. What about going from road to flat bar?

My road bike is Sram Red and my trail bike is Shimano Deore, its a no brainer.
