The bike brand with oval tubes in its frame from Japan or Far East was?

Someone once even had one for sale on CL, is it Katakura? Or was their another brand?

I really believe that the one that I saw even had ridges in the oval tube which is a bit bizarre as well, I made a mental note to remember the name but I have since forgotten it and have not been able to find the info again.

And I do mean obviously oval and not circular tubes.

Say here is a Katakura frame, these look a bit oval as well as other images I see. Perhaps they are the company.
