name this freewheel

this was on a stray wheel: Shimano hub, Araya rim, very skinny unmarked db spokes. Surely it's Japanese in origin.

The only marking are S or 5 and what looks like a date code su.

The odd thing about it is it takes an Atom remover. A perfect fit. None of the Shimano tools even come close.

So what is it? the Shimano date code of SU doesn't exist. S for 1994 and U for the 21st month of the year? The machining looks like Suntour, the gold plating looks like Suntour, the skip tooth cogs were a Shimano thing but an Atom remover?
