+1. I'll add that if you're going for the "best" for each component nobody will be able to answer your questions without a lot of info from you, as what you really mean by best is according to your needs, wants and budget, as well as compatibility with the rest of the components and frame.
"Best for the money" gets even harder. Everybody draws that cost benefit curve a little bit differently so there can be lots of different correct answers. Frankly, if you have budget restrictions, hubs are one of the places where I might "cheat" a little.
