The Schwinn Approved Model J freewheels can be removed with a 20-spline Park FR-4:

These same freewheels when produced under the Shimano brand (i.e. not Schwinn Approved) used a Shimano specific 12-spline body:
Those require a completely different tool, one not available from Park:
