The seat tube on the sticker shows 53, but another sticker says it's "manufacturer size 54"? With the sst, I have maybe 1/2 of an inch of space between the top tube and my inseam. LBS said this size fits me, with the seat post at the lowest setting. My inseam is just under 31" (78cm) , so according to the sizing charts the frame size is correct but the saddle height feels just a little bit too high for me - https://simplybike.wordpress.com/201...ght-size-bike/ I feel that if I could get another 5mm I would feel more comfortable while on the saddle, but I can't lower the saddle any lower. I am fine standing over the top tube, and I like the reach as well.

Saddle is stock oval 500 series, so I am wondering if I there is another saddle with lower "stack height" that I can replace it with to drop the top of the saddle by 1/3-1/2" in height?
Or, another possible option would be to switch the crank to shorter crank arms to essentially gain the 5mm or so I am looking to gain while leaving the saddle height as is?

Thoughts?

Thanks!
Fuji measures to the top of the seat post. Thus manufacturers size is bigger than to the top or middle of the top tube. Different bike makers can measure differently. Unless you know this it's very confusing. My litespeed is a very compact frame with a low top tube.
They measure to a point on the seat post, or a location where a horizontal line would intersect a line or seat post coming up from the seat tube. They call this a "Virtual seat post length".
Crazy.
