This is certainly on them, I have the emails before the sale saying that it will fit most 28mm tires, not to mention I wouldn't have ordered the bike with a generic 4130 frame...

Well maybe for 250-300 but not $459.99, I'm going to send it back, because of these issues they should pay for return shipping, i'll update...
