I'm getting pretty good at finding vintage bike info on my own, but this one must be fairly rare. I found the original shop in Ghent, Belgium and all that, but it seems the frames were decently rare. The chrome dropouts and lugs tell me it might be a fun one to ride... anyone have any notions as to what model/tubing it might be? Also, what crank is that? I KNOW I've seen it before but I couldn't refresh my memory looking through Velobase.

RD is Suntour SVX, apparently the word "tornado" is written near the front and rear dropouts.
