I think more the misconception is that they'll be nice to you if you buy an expensive bike. No, they just don't care and are mean people. Maybe you can spend 5k and they'll be nice for a few minutes but as soon as the deal is done thats over. Some are nice, some not, some days one some the other bt it is certainly more facetious to think the'd treat you better if u spent more.
