these are great .... you do not look into the mirror all the time .... when you want to see whats behind, you move your arm and then you can see. I use mine on my wrist, as I have flat bars .... excellent when driving through city traffic .... I wear mine like this:
What's the advantage over a glasses mount? This looks bigger, harder to use, and less versatile.
