I think the Sweetroll is too limited. You have to pick the size that you think you'll need and hope you don't need a different size. I'm not sure why they made it.

The Harness is more versatile. You can pick whatever bag size you want for whatever you want to carry. My tent and sleeping bag already have bags, so I just use those bags in the harness. I have a pocket for the harness that I can either use or not depending on my needs.
