Back on the bike after a painful back injury. Finally starting to understand the importance of stretches.

I put knobby tires on my Fuji and got out in winter weather with a bit of falling snow and some significant ice. Needless to say I took things slowly and just tried to stay upright and avoid injury. The off-road portions were the best in terms of traction. I found a new offroad trail which was pretty awesome.

Also tried out my Aerotech Designs winter jacket for the first time. It fit great and my temperature was perfect throughout the ride with one layer underneath.
