Silly pronouncement. I like FS too, but there are lots of reasons to buy one besides budget. Maybe you want a camping bike that can mount rear luggage. Maybe you seldom ride at enough speed where FS has much value. Maybe you're really wanting to minimize weight. Maybe you don't want the extra maintenance of a rear shock and linkages. Maybe you just want a simpler bike.
