Thanks. I agree about the nicks and scrapes, but it also has fairly extensive rust spotting that doesn't really show in the pics; hence my OA comment.
I don't think I'll change much on it, but maybe new brake calipers and levers, and the usual consumables of course. I actually have a couple rolls of yellow Newbaum's lying around, so I'll probably go with that if it's a decent match.
