Just picked this up on CL, it was advertised as a Cinelli. I was pretty sure it wasn't, and the price was good given all the extras it came with, so I picked it up anyway.

I'm thinking it's a Windsor due to the serial number and size being stamped on the seat tube. S/N on the left of the tube, size (21) being on the right of the seat lug. It's also marked 21 in inches, which says to me it's an English bike.

Seat tube is 26.2.
Dropouts are Suntour forged and chromed stay ends
Fork looks unoriginal. Chromed underneath some house paint and foil tape to look like chrome fork ends.
BB is cartridge style 36x24x70 I havne't taken it apart to see if it's English threaded, but I'm assuming.
Head tube features what I'm guessing is a repro decal from Cinelli

Any guesses?
