While I of course have opinions, this is not a Doge pet peeve thread. I had not seen a thread on this. I'll settle down next week when I have to work again.
I'm on a team of "old fast guys" and they only seem to care about TT. 2 or 3 CA3's and they just race individually and most are 4's. I'm trying to organize some teamwork but seems like most guys would rather just enjoy their rides, race here and there individually. At end of the year i get re-imbursed for all races and 2 free kits.
