I've set myself a weekly goal of 25 miles/week, monthly of 100 miles/month, and 1200 miles/year (I should hit 1300 if I make the 25-a-week goal).
I think I'm off to an OK start.
Jan 1-10: 51.9 miles
WTD: 15.5 miles (I will pick up at least ten more, probably more than ten more, tomorrow/this weekend)
MTD: 67.4
(road miles, not a trainer - I'm lucky in that it hasn't been colder than around 39F or so during the day here, and I can ride in that)
Bonus: I weighed in at 274.8lb/124.64kg this morning, which is roughly a pound-a-week loss since I posted my introduction.
