Besides, the guy I bought it from already defiled the original paint with some pink/salmon color.

Notice that in order to keep the fit the same, I had to go with different handlebars with a really really short reach because modern hoods extend the reach significantly compared to vintage non-aero Campy levers. I don't think you can find bars much more compact than the Civia Emerson bars I'm now using! I also went with an 80mm Nitto stem (since I already had one) instead of the 90mm Cinelli stem. Still I'd say the reach is similar or ever so slightly longer than before.

The Campagnolo Super Record group (minus the triplizer and long-cage derailleur to accomodate the triplizer) has moved to my Gios Torino frame, which now becomes my true C&V bike.
