Take it to a welding shop & ask them to toss 2 beads on the splits, $25-50 & it'll be just fine, I've ridden the ish out of bikes I've rewelded from my bmx days to mtb's & one road to fixie conversion.

It'll be plenty strong enough for occasional use.
