I will add, at this time, that Fuji's are made in MAINLAND CHINA and cost $44 (inlcuding paint) to make and it is a disposable frame, because when those aluminum dropouts start getting gouged from the axle nuts (and they will) your frame will be useless unless you ride only one gear.

Anyhow, enjoy your bargain while you can, and dont be bashing Steel, or I will hook you to the rail on my Steel frame...

FYI, There are many worthy steel frames out there. They just weren't made in 1982.
