If it is latex wall paint, then there is a 3M product that removes it. I ran thru house paint spilled on the road with my car a while back and it worked really well. The auto parts store recommended 3M General Purpose Adhesive Cleaner.

Put a bit on an old rag and some elbow grease and that should do it and leave your finish in nice shape.
