If you are near the Cannarageo District, you should be able to walk your bike. The first bridge is wide and no problem for a loaded bike, but a few of the smaller bridges will be tight. Your task is doable. On another note, I did see many people towing large suitcases,etc.........no bikes whatsoever. Hopefully you will arrive early before the pedestrian traffic develops. Good luck.
