It looks like a cerca 1995 Fuji Roubaix ( http://hdimagelib.com/vintage+fuji+bikes ) :

Fuji has a modern popular Fuji Roubaix (meaning nowadays) and has them going back to at least 1987:

Note the printing on the downtube. See how it is different 1987-1997 versus the more modern bigger FUJI.
