I live in Citrus county Fla. we have a rails to trails,they topped an old railroad base and made it a walking / blke trail. It's smooth,shaded and has a few up and down hill grades but a great place to ride. The seven speed navigator is about all my wife can handle,I have a Trek 7000 which is about all I need for the kind of riding I do.
