Not surprising, I guess, given that original 93s are still abundant and fairly cheap. Unlike Campagnolo Record cranks, they never break. They seem to be pretty much indestructible.
I have both the TA and Stronglight 93 crank puller made by JA Stein from Velo Orange. They work perfectly.
