It's pretty easy to guess if you have the cranks you're using and ANY bb. Just install both and see where the chainrings line up. Guestimate from there. If the chainrings need to come out 2mm, buy a BB that's 4mm longer than the one you used to test. (2mm on each side longer) BBs only come in so many sizes, it's hard to buy the wrong one.
