You say they're both triple cranks, but are they the same make/model crank? That can make a difference as well, and so can the cranks' year of manufacture. Product specifications can change over time, which can affect what will work in a given situation. What's wrong with the current bottom brackets that you can't keep using them?
The ones I have for triple cranks are all in use on other bikes. I did just find 2 103mm BB's so I might try one of those and see what the chain line is like.
