I have determined 64F is the perfect riding temp for me. I wear shorts and short sleeves. I'm not cold and I never get too hot.
Too bad it's 63F there. You are just going to have to bundled up, light a good fire and enjoy a hot toddy until it warms up to a reasonable temp.
