have you looked into bar mitts?

i use a
(1) wool liner by swix
(2) mid weight glove by head
(3) work gloves by black diamond

they work really well in the teens-20s weather.
work gloves are amazing. you can grab 'em at any hardware store. they block out wind and are cheap-o. highly recommend.
