Just wanted to post an update here. Ended up going with a slightly more modern 7700 group on this build with a 7410 crank. I have a matching DA fluted seatpost, but unfortunately it is a 25.8 not a 27.2 (happy to trade in the off chance someone has a match!), so the black one is a stand in. Cinelli stem and Cinelli Tour bars wrapped with Arundel tape. Very nimble for a large frame and stable on the few descents I was able to get in yesterday. Seat tube measures 64cm c-t and top tube measures 60cm c-c, and as pictured she tips the scales at 23.4lb.
