There are bike racks right next to the transit center, just before the security check on the west side of the park, but they're not secure or monitored at all. When we were there I saw mostly low-end bikes that I presume belong to employees. That aside, the streets around Disneyland are awful for biking. The few people we saw on bikes were on the sidewalk.
