You might, depending on the type of brake lever. Some had dual routing, some did not. You could just pull the hoods and run the cable housings in free space, see what they look like, then wrap around the bare lever in lieu of a hood. It's only for one ride.

Probably easier to pick up a set of $10 non-aero levers, some Cane Creek hoods, and spare housing, convert them for the ride. Shouldn't take 30-45 minutes, can be undone, and you have the levers for next year.
