if you wind up with grounds in your coffee from the french press you used too fine of a grind, plunged too fast, or your grinder isnt consistent enough. i usually overfill it slightly and pour it very slowly so anything that escapes through the screen stays in the bottom of the press and out of my cup
the dark chocolate ones from trader joes are crack!
We have a local chocolatier for those. They get there beans from our local coffee roaster.
