That's a very nice bike. Bernard Carre never had decals or stickers with his own name. Most of his frames went to teams or to other manufacturers. For custom work he did one color paint only, no options entertained except the possibility of chrome. I would guess what you have is a bike that some previous owner found too stark, so they dressed it up.
