I'd advise replacing the freewheel too, with a new, Shimano Hyperglide model. They're inexpensive and the profiled cogs greatly improve shifting, especially under load. If that is the OEM freewheel on the bicycle, it will probably need replacing anyway, to mesh properly with the new chain.
