I have been a Type 2 Diabetic for 60,000 miles.
I carry a 8 oz cola for when my sugar begins drop.
Eat a snack bar of some kind each hour.
The breakfast section of your grocery store will have many choices of snack bars to carry with you.

Never did Like to Spin..Mashing all the way for me.
