I'd find a Campagnolo Record low flange front hub. They made a million of them, so you can find them for around $20 on eBay, and you can re-use the spokes and probably the skewer from the Miche, which is pretty much a campy clone anyway. If you want to go with new spokes, I buy Sapim stainless butted from Dan's Comp. 40 cents each including nipples.
Edit: here you go, assuming the Miche is a 32 hole hub. Just re-use your quick-release axle:
