Not while coasting but while under moderate pressure. It may go away if the FW freewheels any amount. To me it indicates some wobble in how the pieces seat when the pawls are engaged.
I've got that in my Ultra 6 FW. It feels like the BB to me, but just a little backwards motion of the crank and it goes away... for a while.
